PAVIMENTOS DNA: TALENT, WORK, AND LOVE
Pavimentos Colombia was born with the strong purpose of being a fair and sustainable company that connects pathways, transforms communities, and promotes environmental sustainability. To develop these goals, it has been essential to have people who permeate our projects with the DNA of Pavimentos: talent, work, and love.
We believe in our work team, therefore, regardless of the position anyone occupies in our organization, we recognize and treat them all as human beings, and provide them with the opportunities to develop to the fullest in their life goals.
We are sure that with every grain of asphalt that is put on a street or sidewalk, we build a better, fairer, and more equitable country.

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN PAVIMENTOS COLOMBIA?

BUILDING
TALENT
Our Building Talent program seeks to identify and develop internal and external talent. The purpose of the program is to build our own career plan that meets both personal needs and organizational requirements of highly qualified personnel in our technical strengths and with the DNA of the Pavimentos family embraced.
Thus, the Building Talent program aims to provide students in their last semesters of technical, technological, and university careers the opportunity to put into practice the skills acquired in their academic stage, through a guided experience in a work environment.

DIVERSITY IN
PAVIMENTOS
In Pavimentos Colombia we like to attract diverse talent to build a workplace ecosystem in which all people have the same opportunities to develop as human beings, regardless of their gender, skills, culture or needs. That is why we offer inclusive treatment for all people who want to be part of our company.
Likewise, in the development of our activities, the relationship between our employees and the environment must be respectful. For this reason, we developed our Inclusive Language Guide, to be able to provide our stakeholders with narrative tools to interact respectfully with others.
