Employee relations Committee

We focus our efforts to make Pavimentos Colombia a zone free of harassment and violence in the workplace. For this reason, we have a digital channel, through which the company’s direct employees can safely and confidentially bring to the attention of the Employee Relations Committee any harassment claim, helping to protect our staff against psychosocial risks that affect health in the workplace, as established by the Resolution 1652 of April 30, 2012.

The digital channel of the Employee relations Committee has been established under security parameters that guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided, and protect the identity of the person providing the information.

Ethics Line

We have an Ethics Line, through which our stakeholders and the general public can safely, confidentially and anonymously, if they prefer, bring to our attention any suspected violation of the Anti-Corruption Policy, Good Governance Code, Internal Work Regulations, Ethics Code, Corporate Values or non-compliance with the principles of transparency and/or unethical situations that may affect the interests of the organization.

Our Ethics Line has been established under security parameters that guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided and protects the identity of the person providing the information.

The reported cases are managed by the Ethics Committee or the governing entity to which the consultation or complaint corresponds, who are in charge of safeguarding and taking all the necessary measures, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information.
